    Join us for the second of two focused training days tailored specifically for agronomic commerical pesticide applicators. This session will provide the knowledge and tools you need to apply pesticides safely, effectively, and in compliance with Ohio regulations. Individuals seeking to get their commercial applicator license for the first time and/or preparing for certification exams in commercial pesticide categories 2a (agronomic pest) and 2c (agricultural weed) should attend one or both of these trainings. Trainings are led by pesticide safety and education experts with OSU Extension.

  4. New Fertilizer Applicator Training

    Interested in obtaining your license in Ohio to apply or supervise the application of a commercial fertilizer to 50+ acres of ag production? Attend this training to gain your certification. Topics covered include regulatory requirements, nutrient management, environmental protection, application techniques, record keeping, Ohio water quality issues, and more. Certification is valid for three years. The cost of the class is $30 to cover books and materials for each attendee.
